Google launched its music service Tuesday.
Question: What impact do you think Google Music will have on the music industry?
The Google Music Beta is invite only, but the company announced it will be added to the platform soon. During the invitation period the beta is free.
The service will be available on Android devices, such as tablet and mobiles, at first.
Similar to iTunes, users will be able to create custom play lists, edit track info, and acquire play counts. The difference is music can be stored on the cloud. Users can listen to their music anywhere by uploading songs to a cloud based directory and wirelessly and automatically sync playlists from the web to connected devices.’
